VOLLEYBALL TASK
WARM UP
Well, we started our volleyball class running a lap of the track, when we finnished, we turned our ankles, legs, arms, hands, fingers, our hips and our kneck.
After we did it, we did 20 strides, the we streched our legs during 2 minutes, we did 15 squats, and finally, we did 20 finers' touches and 10 forearms' touches.
