VOLLEYBALL TASK

WARM UP 

Well, we started our volleyball class running a lap of the track, when we finnished, we turned our ankles, legs, arms, hands, fingers, our hips and our kneck.

After we did it, we did 20 strides, the we streched our legs during 2 minutes, we did 15 squats, and finally, we did 20 finers' touches and 10 forearms' touches.

IN PAIRS : 

-One of them was doing forearms' touches, while the other was doing 5 squats, if the ball of the first one fell down, they must restart. When they completed it, they changed their roles.

-One of them was doing fingers' touches, while te other one was running to behind and forward of the partner, if the ball of the first one fell down, they must restart. When they completed it, they changed their roles.

-We practiced how to take out the ball, one of them had to throw it to the other partner.

-One of them had to throw the ball up, and the other had to throw it really strong.

IN GROUPS OF 4 :

Two of the same team were passing each other, and  when they wanted to mark a point, the two of the other team had to block the ball.

Well, we did a game of passes.

This consisted in groups of 4 forming a line, number 1 had to take out the ball to number 4, number 4 had to pass the ball doing forearms' touch to number 2, number 2 had to do a fingers' touch and finally, number 3 had to catch the ball and pass it to number 1, doing a forearms' touch.

Well, to finish my volleyball class, we turned our knecks, our fingers and arms. Then, we did the butterfly and after this, we breathed through our nose and released it through our mouse.
