VOLLEYBALL TASK

FITNESS TASK

IN PAIRS : 

-One of them was doing forearms' touches, while the other was doing 5 squats, if the ball of the first one fell down, they must restart. When they completed it, they changed their roles.

-One of them was doing fingers' touches, while te other one was running to behind and forward of the partner, if the ball of the first one fell down, they must restart. When they completed it, they changed their roles.
